Online Wellbeing Workshop

We are all experiencing unprecedented change to our immediate lives and the future is hazy. Accepting change whilst cultivating our mental wellbeing has never been more vital. During this course we explore the stages of change and learn how, through self-awareness and emotional management we can navigate the new, and help others along the way.

This 90 minute interactive workshop is hosted on the Zoom platform.

  • Emotions and wellbeing during change 

  • Five ways to wellbeing 

  • Other mental health resources

Format: 90 minute course. Learning takes place through a mixture of presentations and group discussions. Our online courses are hosted through the Zoom platform. Like with all of our in-person training we have two facilitators running each course to ensure adequate support and the smooth running of the session. 

 

Booking: You can secure individual places on one of our open courses or book a private session for groups of up to 14 people.
