Why Menopause Awareness Matters

Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet it remains a topic surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. The symptoms, ranging from physical changes to mental health challenges, can significantly impact an individual’s work, relationships, and well-being.

By increasing awareness and offering practical support, we can create environments where those experiencing menopause feel valued and understood.
