Why Focus on Men’s Mental Health?
Despite increasing awareness about mental health, men are often less likely to seek help or discuss their struggles due to societal expectations, stigma, and misconceptions. This can lead to issues being overlooked, resulting in worsening mental health and, in some cases, tragic outcomes.
Our training highlights the specific mental health challenges men face and empowers participants to provide meaningful support.
