Mindful Impact with Purpose
Mindful Impact is a dedicated initiative by Transpire Training, aimed at empowering charitable organisations and volunteers through accessible and affordable Mental Health First Aid and Awareness training. This initiative recognises the invaluable contributions of charitable organisations and volunteers and seeks to support their missions by equipping them with essential Mental Health skills.

Initiative Details
Funded training for
Charitable Organisations
One £150 Voucher to use on any Transpire course per charitable organisation.
Voucher value may cover the full cost of training or be used in part payment against a higher priced course.
Ongoing 30% of course fees funded by Transpire for employees.
Volunteers
Ongoing 50% of course fees funded by Transpire for all volunteers​ of charitable organisations.
Open to all volunteers associated with charities or community-serving organisations.
Cost reduction is based on the full RRP price. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Benefits of booking with TranspireMHFA Briefings: Opportunity for Mental Health First Aiders to connect, learn, share and support. Hosted by our experienced MHFA England Instructor once a month. Monthly Awareness Webinars: Re-visit topics learnt on the course and build on your knowledge. Email Support: Our experienced consortium of MHFA instructors can offer guidance on signposting, trick interventions and general queries. Further Learning: We are mental health training specialists delivering the full range of MHFA England Mental Health Trainings, Suicide Intervention courses, Neurodiversity in the workplace training, Menopause awareness training and bespoke course workshops.

About our MHFA trainersAll of our instructors are accredited by MHFA England. They are passionate and skilled facilitators who excel at creating a psychologically safe learning environment. Our MHFA instructors have extensive professional and personal backgrounds in mental health, without all the complicated jargon. What to expect on the dayLearning takes place through a medley of group discussions, videos, workshop activities and case studies. The pace is kept light and easy to follow whilst being incredibly thought-provoking.

Learning outcomesRecognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first level support and early intervention. Encourage a person to identify and access sources of professional help and other supports. Practise active listening and empathy. Have a conversation with improved mental health literacy around language and stigma. Discuss the MHFAider® role in depth, including boundaries and confidentiality. Practise self-care.

What are the training options?In-person classroom training: We currently run in-person mental health first aid courses where individual places can be booked. The classroom format is two days training. See locations at bottom of this web page. ​ Online deliveries: Same training and certificate, delivered via live virtual classrooms- Mental health first aid online ​ Private group training: If you have six or more people to train you have the option to chose your own dates and schedule.
