BOOKING A COURSE
1.1 Accepting Your Booking
Our acceptance of your booking is confirmed once we e-mail you with a booking confirmation invoice due for payment. At this point a contract is formed between you and us.​
1.2 Your Responsibility to Book Correct Training Course
You acknowledge you are responsible for selecting the correct course and check details are correct upon receipt of booking confirmation invoice.

2. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
2.1 Rescheduling
All requests to reschedule to another course and/or date to be received in writing and subject to availability, will be accommodated on the following terms;

No Charge - More than 4 weeks before training course is due to commence
-
Fixed fee of £50.00 - Between 2-4 weeks before training course is due to commence
-
50% of Course Fee - Less than 2 weeks before training course is due to commence
Any rescheduling of bookings are not confirmed or completed until you have received in writing from us, confirmation of new training course date and/or venue.​​

3. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
Any significant changes to a training course e.g. cancellation, we will notify you and offer an alternative course or full refund.
We are not held responsible for any changes outside our control e.g. third party venue/food but will always endeavour to address and rectify.​

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests to cancel a course booking to be received in writing and will be treated on the following terms;

50% Refund of Course Booking - More than 4 weeks before training course is due to commence
-
NO REFUND - Less than 4 weeks before training course is due to commence
Acknowledgment of cancellation must be confirmed in writing to you, by us.

5. PAYMENTS and INSTALLMENTS
5.1 Payment Due
Upon receipt of booking confirmation invoice, payment is due in full unless an alternative payment date has been advised and agreed by us.
5.2 Installment Plan
We operate a free installment payment option, available upon request, facilitated via GoCardless. To help spread the cost of training and accommodate delegates access to all courses using a monthly payment method.
5.2.1 Minimum deposit of £75.00 followed by monthly direct debit payments in equal installments over a maximum of 3 months from when deposit paid.
5.2.2 Your booking is not confirmed until the full direct debit mandate has been completed and course paid in full.
5.2.3 Invitation to set up direct debit mandate and payment plan with GoCardless, is sent via e-mail detailing GoCardless terms and conditions. Direct Debit setup/acceptance must be made within 3 days of receiving email.
5.2.4 If any direct debit payments fail, we will contact you asking for payment to be completed within 3 days or your booking will be treated as per our cancellation policy.
5.2.5 Please note instalment payment plan is a discretionary, complimentary service and in some instances may be deemed as not possible to provide, due to the timeframe and course date requested.

6. TRAINING COURSES
6.1 Dietary Requirements
Where lunch is provided on courses, we require a minimum of one week’s notice of any dietary requirements in writing via e-mail
6.2 Delegate Suitability​​​
6.2.1 Due to the nature of course content, the minimum age to attend all courses is 16.
6.2.2 All individuals attending courses are responsible to ensure they are free from any condition which would affect capability to undertake the course and are able to cope with course content and study.
6.2.3 Delegates require a basic command of written and spoken English.
6.2.4 We endeavour to accommodate any extra support needs where possible, by request. Please contact us if you need any guidance.
6.3 Training Course Information
Full joining instructions will provided to you prior to the training course.
6.4 Removal From Course
We reserve the right to refuse any person to participate or continue to participate in a training course if person;
6.4.1 Does not meet the minimum age requirement.
6.4.2 Under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, in our reasonable opinion.
6.4.3 Behaves inappropriately and gives cause for concern for continued participation which may cause offence and/or injury to other delegates or self.
6.4.4 Racist or abusive behaviour.
6.4.5 Significant late arrival or sections of the course missed.
6.4.6 Removal from the training course will not entitle any refund.
6.5 Course Completion
Upon completion of the course of your choice, you will be awarded with the Course Certification.
Please note course certificates may only be issued to delegates completing the full course as scheduled. Should you have missed any part of the course a certificate will not be issued.
Fair Use Policy
Introduction
This Fair Use Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Impactful Minds Initiative. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the offer is used fairly, responsibly, and in a manner that benefits all eligible participants.

1. Eligibility

Funding is open to organisations and individuals who meet the specified criteria for the offer.

The £150 voucher is limited to one per eligible organisation, unless otherwise stated.

The funding of places is only for eligible courses on a first come first served basis, availability on any particular date cannot be guaranteed.

Proof of eligibility, by an email of recommendation, may be required before the offer is granted.

Any of the offers listed as part of the initiative cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer listed on the Transpire website.

2. Appropriate Use

Participants must use the voucher in accordance with the intended purpose of the offer.

The funding cannot be transferred, sold, or used for commercial purposes.
3. Reservation Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

We kindly ask that the offer be used responsibly and not over-applied. We reserve the right to terminate the offer if misuse is detected, to ensure fairness and continued access to discounted services for all eligible participants.
4. Limitation of Liability

The organisation is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the unavailability or discontinuation of the Offer.
5. Modifications
-
We reserve the right to amend or update this Fair Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the funding following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
